Your household data stays with your household
HouseHelp Harmony is designed for private household management. We do not create a public helper database, and we do not sell household data.
Last updated: 13 June 2026
What data the app stores
- Account details such as email address for sign in.
- Household records you add, such as helpers, salaries, leave records, tasks and payment notes.
- Feature waitlist details only when you ask to be notified.
- Billing records needed to verify Premium payments, without storing card details.
- Technical data needed to keep the app secure and working.
Household-level separation
Each household account has its own records. Logged-in users can access only households they own or are explicitly added to. Other families cannot search or view your household, helper details, salary history, leave logs or tasks.
What we do not do
- We do not create a public helper database.
- We do not let others search your helper.
- We do not sell household data.
- We do not use this for surveillance.
- We do not show your data to other families.
How data is used
Data is used only to provide the app: showing your dashboard, tracking salary and leave history, preparing WhatsApp messages, verifying Premium payments, maintaining feature waitlists you join, and keeping the service reliable.
