Quick help for the most common household workflows
Start with one helper, one due date and one reminder. The rest can grow slowly.
Add a helper
- 1Sign in and open Helpers.
- 2Tap Add Helper.
- 3Enter name, role, phone number, monthly payment and due day.
- 4Choose the WhatsApp message language.
- 5Save. Details are stored inside your household account.
Mark paid
Open Payments or a helper profile, choose Mark paid, confirm amount, date and method.
Log leave
Open Leave calendar, pick the helper, dates and leave type such as paid or unpaid.
Daily tasks
Open Tasks, add recurring tasks, then tick them off during the day.
WhatsApp reminder
Open a helper profile, choose Send reminder, edit the message and send in WhatsApp.
